Thunder shower????

Hello all..i hope your ok and have battened down the hatches ready for the bad weather thats coming our way.
On Tuesday we were forecast a Thunder/shower..never heard of it..new meterological term perhaps?
Well it was just awful..cold wind that almost had over the table and parasol..rain by the bucket load and a small river running down the road..lots of lightening and very loud thunder..i got my camera out and was snapping away..

Table and parasol took a sudden lurch to the right with huge gust of wind

Can't see out the window

Lashing it down

Small river coming down the road

Can you see the water

The drain can't cope and overflows

Puddle in the grass

Poor Robin taking shelter..bit blurry sorry.
We are forecast more storms today..we have made sure everything is safe this time.
