Treat day.

 Hello everyone, back again.

It has been a busyish week here at home.

I had the Plumber to fix my boiler and also the Council came and did a quick inspection for Damp and Mould. I need some bits doing and a new ventilation fan putting in the kitchen . I also need a new kitchen ceiling and one in the hallway. I have a date for the work next month but i am unsure if they are coming to do it all in one day or it is just the start date, i will ring on Monday to find out exactly what they are doing. I have no issues with what they want to do , the Council these days are far different to the one years ago when they would do a job and just leave the entire mess for me to clean, now they do it and it is most welcome. 

Our new Greenhouse arrived and boy o boy is it a good one, the huge delivery lorry just about made it down the road and parked a few houses down, the driver was amazing and brought everything into the garden with a trolley, nice and polite, which with some delivery people is a rare thing. So we are now waiting for the weather to cam down so we can get to  the good part of putting it together.

I have had laundry out daily to dry and it has, which it always a bonus. I cooked from scratch apart from Snack day and Fish Friday which entails Battered fish and Chunky Fish Fingers. 

I ran out of baking for puddings so i whipped up a real treat for everyone. This always goes down well and doesn't last too long either, i suppose that is a compliment to my baking.

No bake Cheesecake.

One slice is not enough but 2 is way too many, but so worth it.

I don't make it often otherwise you can get tired of it . 

I am off to have a cuppa and some chocolate, good combo in my opinion.
