Few things going on..

 Hello everyone , how are you. 

Lots happening here, a total makeover of  our youngest's bedroom. New colour, furniture and all the bits and bobs that go with it. She is in on the work and has been working hard with her dad to get it done. Painting, sanding, and filling holes, working well bless her.

We have had some blessed rain and boy did the garden need it.

Whilst it was very welcome it really wasn't enough, not to put a downer on the nice weather but we desperately need rain and lots of it.

The allotments are starting to give up their bounty.

    There is also plenty of Beetroots and the little Tomatoes are coming along in vast quantities. We have had some Potatoes from the buckets in the garden, delicious.

I did more baking and loved it, i keep wondering why i stopped for a while. I have to be honest with myself and know that sometimes it was cheaper to buy it rather than bake it but everyone told me they prefer my cakes and cookies to the shop bought ones. So i am back with a vengeance.

I love it and it makes me feel good knowing that all i do is appreciated.

I have finished my dining room make over but i can't show pics at the moment as its full of boxes from Iris's bedroom. I did how ever treat myself to a lovely new tablecloth. Trouble is it's absolutely massive and does need altering but it will have to wait until we have proper time to do it.

We also changed the seat covers on our dining chairs. It took less than half an hour and cost under a tenner.

To a lovely cream and they are waterproof, easily washable as well.

I have a new friend. He is always there somewhere watching.

I think i would rather be stalked by a Pigeon than anything else.

Our dog has turned into a door blocker, it's probably the coolest spot for him but a little inconvenient for the rest of us who have to step over him.

I caught this little chap the other day just having a rest on my gate, isn't it beautiful.

I love all the wildlife in my garden. 

I feel so lucky to have it all around me.

Have to go as i am waiting for new bedroom furniture to arrive and i know that as soon as i start to do something they are gong to arrive or when i am in the bath.
