Swedish Pancakes with home made Chocolate Sauce.

 Hello everyone.

The cold weather is here with a vengeance and its time to have something warm and yummy for breakfast.

Porridge is one of our faves also waffles,croissants and pancakes. But they are getting more and more expensive to even have them as a treat so out came my recipe book and a look on a website for Swedish Pancakes. Honestly they are delicious and easy. I made a huge batch and will fridge them for  breakfasts. I don't think they will last long.

The Chocolate sauce was the easiest thing i have ever made and you get a nice little tub of it which will keep for 5 days in the fridge once cooled.

We spread a little over the pancakes and warm in the microwave for a few minutes..delicious and so easy.
