 Hello everyone. Ohh its lovely to see the sunshine this morning..windy and chilly but bright and sunny.

So today is Lincolnshire Day..

The most majestic house is within walking distance of my home. Belton House.

  Harlaxton Manor..lots of big movies are filmed here..Batman being one and some historical films too.

Lincolnshire Plum Bread

Lincolnshire Poacher Cheese has won awards and is quite a treat.

The Lincolnshire Sausage..gorgeous especially if you get them just right and buy them from Watkins Butchers..who also make the best Sausage Rolls..forget bloody Greggs..try Watkins.

Grantham Gingerbread..i love these but haven't made any for a while but today i might just do it. The Gingerbread is  being revived by a chap who has no experience baking but is now the main supplier of Grantham Ginger bread. Well done that man.

People say where i live is boring but i don't care..i love it.
