Thinking ahead..
Hello all..
I had to pop to the chemist yesterday and on my way back i went into the Coop..had a look at the reduced section and its not really what i call reduced prices..so i went around the corner to look at the reduced bits and bobs they have from time to time..i struck it lucky.
Mincemeat at 30p a jar..and good til next year..looking ahead to mincepie making and the season of joy..i bought 3 that should be enough.
The lady on the till rolled her eyes and sighed when i mentioned the season of goodwill..well i am thinking and planning ahead and no amount of eye rolling can stop the inevitable.
I did smile to myself as i left..i would rather pay 30p a jar now than £1.69 a jar in November/December time..
