Finally the border is covered
Hello again.
As you all know i have major problems with my border at the front being a cat toilet..if they poop in the borders thats no problem as its easily covered but on top of flowers is a no-no.
To stop this we dug out the bed and moved what bulbs and flowers we could..then i put down some weed suppressant..had a huge roll of it on the allotment so no cost there as it was given to my husband by another gardener.
I went to the garden centre and bought 3 bags of Plum slate for £12..which is not a bad price.
The little border is going to get some small Junipers planted in it..i will have to cut through the weed suppressant but i want it to look nice and not plain or boring.
So far it has worked..no cat poop,no nasty smells ..Cost £12.
