No Fireworks here..

Hello all,how are you today?
Well its Bonfire Night..we are not having any this year.They are so expensive and to just watch them go up in smoke is not on..we have had burgers and hotdogs for tea.Tonight we will open the dining room curtains and turn off the lights to watch the ones going off over town.Much cheaper and we won't get cold.The girls are not keen on them anyway since a total disaster a few years ago when a rogue firework went completely haywire and shot across the garden instead of upwards.It hit hubby in the leg, bounced off him and smacked Fern right on the bum..her coat was scorched and she had a slight red burn mark on her..so no more for us,well until they get a little bigger.But i do hope you all have a good night.
