Gooey brownies..
Hello all.
As i was perusing Pinterest Boulevard and found an off shoot down pinners lane i thought i would try the recipe i found.
So simple and the best brownie recipe i have found so far..i have made them 3 times now to check they come out the same and taste as good the third time round as they did the first.
The website is www.flourandspiceblog.com
The recipe is for 5 ingredient Nutella Brownies.
1 13oz jar of Nutella..which i used Asda Smartprice
2 eggs
1/2 cup of plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
sea salt for sprinkling..i never did this.
Measure out your choclate
Beat your eggs lightly
Add choclate to the eggs
Mix well
Fold in flour and baking powder
Pour into pan
Now it says bake at gas mark 4 for 22-26 minutes..i found i had to do them for 35 minutes.
Remove from oven when a toothpick or skewer comes out clean.Let them cool completely before you cut them into squares or cover in chocolate
Leave to cool and tuck in or do what i did and use up leftover chocolate topping and smother it totally.
Nice and chocolatey on the top and so gooey in the middle..i made them on Fiday and none are left
These are so delicious and one of the easiest ways to make them.
Plus the benefits are the girls get to eat the left over chocolate from the jar as it has a little more than 13oz in it..
I hope you try these and enjoy them.
