Started a post but couldn't finish it..

Hi all..you may have seen earlier a post of mine disappear..i was heart broken and had to go clear my head..
I am getting teary now..wether its because i am a mum ,but this touched me deeply..i don't want you all to think O god here she goes..but how just someone tell how and why?
This poor little soul..abandoned by his parents..they thought he was a witch..my brain is having a meltdown..
This woman is an angel..may god bless them both.

  1. Such sadness, so many children, how can so called people be so cruel they don't deserve to be called parents! May this lady and those who do charity such as this thrive.

  2. Hi Sara, I read the post in my blog reader. I've been thinking about this poor little scrap all night, and all the others like him. Thank goodness there are people, like this wonderful woman, who get out there and help. Too many words and emotions for me to write about here. Thanks for posting. Elaine, x

  3. Sara, I have just read about this poor little mite in the paper. Bless him what a miracle he has survived all on his own for so long.

A beautiful name for him as well, but he is only one, how many others are there?

To us treating any child, let alone your own, in such a way is unthinkable and I think education is needed in Nigeria.

The lovely Danish lady Anja who found him must be an angel in disguise because she just scooped him up and took him to hospital. It would break my heart to see little scraps like him fending for themselves, animals look after their young better than his parents.

On another subject whenever we see the Sightsavers advert on TV, there is a little boy called Enoch who looks so sad because he is going blind, and I always say to Jess I want to adopt him lol. I am sure he must be quite grown up now and hopefully has had his operation.

I really don't know what the answer is other than educating the parents, but their beliefs are so deep rooted.

Give your girls an extra hug tonight

    Much love
    Marie xx

    1. Marie you and i feel the same..i wanted to scoop up that child and bring him home and make him safe where no one and nothing would ever hurt him again..i am hoping he is too young to be traumatized by this..he has a beautiful name now.
The parents needs educating so does the whole flipping country..makes my blood boil.
I did hug them extra hard as they caught me crying and asked why..i told them and they were upset that this could happen to a baby..
      love you much
