Freebies again..and Homemade soup

Hello all..well today was busier than i intended it to be..see previous post..
Before the trip out i had been going through the Airing Cupboard..i found Iris's Housecoat that she has outgrown and her Toddler Quilt and Cover..we decided to pop them on Ebay..i also found some old Vintage Postcards and 2 Little People DVD's..so they were all photographed and put up for sale..

We are hoping they sell..if not then a Charity Shop will receive them.
My mum has been having a bit of a clearout as well..she asked if i wanted these items..to which i said Yes Please...

 A Bathroom bin..mine is old and crappy..but i will clean it up and re-use it in my downstairs loo..

 A lovely mirror..which will be painted and put on my Dressing Table..

We had some lovely Homemade Leek and Potato Soup for lunch today..it was grey,chilly and very foggy..so i decided it was a soup day..something thick and warming inside.

It turned out to a bit of a spend day as well..we bought Fern a new to her bundle of Jeans,Jeggings,Top and Dresses off Ebay..not that expensive as i used my Nectar Points and changed them into a Voucher to pay towards it..we also had to buy her some new underwear..but that was £6 from Asda for 6 new Camisole Tops..her old ones and old jeans will be bagged up ,labelled and put away for Iris.
So all in all a weirdly busy day that i really didn't plan on..
Do you ever have days when you think i am not doing much today..then end up doing unexpected things?
